Our customer had major flooding issues under the house and the existing pit and pump arrangement could not cope during heavy downpours. A neighbour was complaining about run off into her property.
To correct the problem, we located the council storm water easement with our locating equipment, excavated down 2.5 metres, completed a core bore into the concrete council pipe and installed a new 100mm PVC pipe to connect the existing down pipes and pit to the easement. This eliminated the pump and flooding and all concerned are happy!
