Property owners are responsible for their entire sewer system including the junction on the Sydney Water sewer main. This means that you must pay for excavation and backfilling, but Sydney Water will repair the main junction at no cost. If necessary, we work directly with Sydney Water to organise the junction replacement on your behalf.
