We know you'd rather be doing something other than dealing with a plumbing issue. So, we do the best we can to make the experience as pleasant as possible from the first call to the final clean up. Hiring a plumber shouldn't be an uncomfortable and confronting experience. You should be able to explain your plumbing issues to an experienced and qualified plumber who listens to your concerns and comes up with a solution that resolves your problems. There should never be a lot of confusing "discounts" or "membership" fees or a bunch of add-ons that don't directly contribute to fixing your plumbing problem. The team at Good Neighbour Plumbing will listen to you and provide you with a written assessment of the problems and our recommendations. We will include repair options that fit your budget and get your plumbing And we always follow-up to make sure everything was completed to your absolute satisfaction.
