What We Can Do

We provide the full range of services for dealing with blocked sewer and storm water drains, from the use of high pressure jet blasting to full repair and replacement of these critical systems. We do not guess or give ballpark estimates. We use our camera inspection and locating equipment to diagnose your problems accurately and work to find the most cost-effective solution.

We use a high-pressure jet blaster to clear lines of roots, mud and other blockages. Jet blasting is safer and quicker than electric eels that are slower and can damage pipes. We also carry CCTV cameras and pipe locating equipment to help determine the cause and location of the blockage and provide long term solutions so the blockages do not return.

We have the knowledge, experience and equipment required to provide cost-effective repairs to your sewer or storm water system. We will always attempt to find the most cost-effective repair and provide you with multiple options whenever possible.

Sometimes small repairs are not enough to resolve major sewer or storm water issues. We have provided full renewal of these systems for hundred of customers. We work hard to ensure the least disruption to you and, if necessary, we work with Council and Sydney Water to ensure the work is compliant with all plumbing and local regulations.

Pipe patching is the insertion of a fibreglass sleeve into pipework to repair a break or dislogdement. This is often the only option for pipework that is under the house, under a driveway or any other area where excavation would include additional costs on top of the pipe repair. We will discuss this process and other options available if patching might be suitable for correcting your problem.

We can repair or replace your septic tank, fully renew a failed absorption pit or provide an upgrade to a waste treatment system to the current standards for your area. However, we do not offer pump out services for septic tanks.

If you have standing water or other ground water issues and we can provide you with possible options for collecting and pumping this water to a suitable stormwater drainage system. This is often much more cost-effective than large structural or earth works.

Problem assessment

One of our plumbers will come to your home, assess your problem and provide you with recommendations and a price to complete the works.

Completion of works

If it all sounds good to you, we'll proceed with the works (or book in another time to complete the works if they are extensive), test what we've done, clean up after ourselves and collect the payment.

Follow up

We will always follow up a couple of days later to make sure you are happy with everything we've done and check if there are any other issues.

We'll make it right

If anything is not right, we will schedule to return at no charge as soon as possible to correct any problems and make sure you are 100% satisfied.
