We are a truly local, family-run domestic plumbing maintenance company. We cover a limited service area to ensure we can provide you with prompt service at a time that fits into your busy schedule.
A short history of our company
We started Good Neighbour Plumbing in 2011 with the hope of providing a reliable and professional domestic plumbing service to our neighbours in the Hills District, Northern Suburbs and Upper North Shore. After 11 years, we are still here everyday ready to provide you with the dependability and honesty thousands of our satisfied customers have come to rely on for their plumbing issues.
We provide the full range of plumbing maintenance services including

We value our place in the community as a small local business, as a source of plumbing advice and problem resolution for our customers, and as a fair and equitable business for our employees.
Honest
We strive to give you an honest assessment of your issues and a fair price for the works we recommend. There are no hidden fees, add-ons or pretend discounts. We do not recommend works that are not required, nor do we recommend short cut solutions that only mask the problem.
Professional
We employ only certified, TAFE-trained plumbers. Many of our plumbers have completed their apprenticeships with us and all of them have attended hundreds of plumbing jobs just like yours. Like everyone, our plumbers have their particular areas of expertise. If you have a difficult or unique problem, we provide you with the plumber who has the greatest experience diagnosing and fixing your issue.
Reliable
Kim and Dave are in the office everyday to provide you with the support you need when you call. We work hard to ensure we get to you on time and with enough time to fully diagnose your problem and complete the repair if at all possible. Our plumbers always call before they arrive so you do not need to wait at home and can get on with your day. And, if for some reason we are running behind, we always call you to let you know well in advance.
A Good Neighbour
As a local, family-owned company we support local suppliers and businesses whenever we can and strive to be a good neighbour by recycling much of our waste. For several years we have been a supporter of Inala, a disability support organisation located in Cherrybrook.
